Some trips just get under your skin (and into your colour palette). For us, Morocco did exactly that.
Earlier this year, we wandered through the streets of Marrakech, wide-eyed and completely smitten. Every corner felt like it had been art-directed just for us: soft terracotta walls, sun-baked tiles, rich ochres, deep rusts, even the dusty pinks of the late afternoon light. Honestly, if we could’ve bottled the whole city and brought it home, we would have.
We loitered in medinas, ran our hands over handwoven rugs we absolutely did not need (but may have bought anyway), and fell a little in love with the intricate tiles in quiet courtyards. Morocco is basically a masterclass in texture and tone – and we took notes.
Drifting around our Riad pool in Marrakech, martinis on hand and absolutely no plan in motion, we had what can only be described as a flotation-induced creative breakthrough. There we were, drinks precariously perched on a pool ring, living our best life, when inspiration hit—sun-baked tiles, candy-coloured floats, the sort of warm, breezy chaos that makes you feel equal parts glamorous and extra. We were literally floating, but emotionally ascending. And " just like that", somewhere between olive-first sips and accidental splashing, our Morocco chapter began.

Naturally, those colours followed us home. They crept onto our mood boards, into our sketches, and onto the designs for our latest collection. We wove Morocco’s earthy warmth into our own palette – grounded tobacco, sun-faded pink, bold black, and, of course, a pop of our signature red. The result? A collection that feels like a little bit Marrakech and a little bit ocean – and we’re obsessed.

For us, design isn’t just about looking good – it’s about telling stories, sparking joy, and making sure you can’t wait to jump in.
Turns out, the secret ingredient to creativity is exactly two martinis on a pool float. No more, no less.
